Become a Kalama Fair Vendor

Kalama Fair Vendors Wanted

Food and product vendors are a vital part of the Kalama Fair and its fundraisers throughout the year. As our events grow in attendance and popularity, so will your revenue. Now is the best time ever to submit your application and become a successful vendor!

Beginning in 2024, there are two vendor applications available due to different fee structures: a regular retail/gaming booth application and an application specific to food and beverage vendors only. You’ll find both applications on the Kalama Fair Forms Page.

Please note the following important Vendor Information for the Kalama Fair.

1. All applications will need to be approved by the Fair Board. Please submit your application and we will contact you for payment once your application has been approved.

2. Every vendor must sign and return the Hold Harmless form that is attached with the application and information.

3. Please be sure to provide a full description of what you sell in your booth. If extra space is needed for the description, please use the back of application.

4. All vendors must submit a map/drawing/picture of the outer dimensions of their booth layout along with their application. Include all pop-ups, trailers, other stands, and the number of electrical hook-ups wanted.

5. All spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Spaces are assigned at the Vendor Manager’s discretion.

6. All products and displays must be contained within the allotted space and must not overflow into the walkways or fire lanes. All items not in compliance will be removed without notice if the above rules and regulations are not followed.

7. Electrical hook-ups are limited. List each appliance needing electricity. Fair board approval only. HOOK-UPS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

8. Vendors must submit a certificate of insurance.

9. All vendor booths must stay open and manned during designated hours and remain open until 8:00 PM for Merchandise Vendors and 9:00 PM for Food Vendors. No Exceptions!

10. Check-in/Set-up time begins Wednesday, July 17th at 11 AM. Special arrangements available upon request and approval.

11. All set-up for booths needs to be complete prior to the Fair opening at 11 AM on Thursday, July 18th. The main gate will be open starting at 8 AM if you need set-up time on Thursday.

12. Every vendor must provide their own canopy tent(s). We also do not provide any extension
cords for electrical use.

13. Due to a sprinkler system, booth canopies cannot be staked down. They must be weighed
down instead. NOTHING can be staked into the ground!

14. All vendor tents and displays should be left up over night. We have security to monitor our
event and have never had theft issues. Of course, you can wrap your tents and displays for the
evening.

15. Vendor parking is available for all vendors in a specified area only.

16. There is no overnight camping allowed by vendors in the park or in Vendor Parking. You may
be asked to leave the event if you are caught sleeping in your vehicle.

17. Vendors must have a Vendor Pass to enter the gates during fair hours. Three free passes will be
issued to each vendor. Additional passes will cost $5 per person. See application page to
purchase additional passes.

18. Vendors are responsible for trash removal in their booth and surrounding area.

19. No dogs are allowed at Haydu Park. No exceptions.

20. This is a family environment. There is no smoking or vaping at Haydu Park.

A signed copy of the Vendor Information page must be sent in with the application.
