Continuing in 2010 is the 4-H Club Day on Thursday. Vendors are welcome to set up and sell on Wednesday, July 21. Make a diagram, on the back of this application, indicating where food and merchandise is sold from, where your plug-ins are located and if your booth is towed, where are the hitches. Also note any vehicles you wish to arrive with your concession. Vehicles not included on this form are not authorized to stay at the fairgrounds. Vendors must be set up and open for business at this time: Friday - Noon (some exceptions, ask) and Saturday - 11 AM (absolutely), Thursday - optional (NO SUNDAY FAIR).
Vendors are responsible for an occasional trash removal in front of their booths. Fair Board will provide a collection site. Board will provide fresh can liners. A clean and tidy Fair is very important to the appearance of our Fair. In-season Fair phone (360)673-5323, or contact Vendor Coordinator Shelley Hickman (360)673-2994 (Chinook@kalama.com).
